AIGHICS (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Global Strategic Center for AI–Human Intelligence, providing advisory, governance, research, assessment, and strategic enablement services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be considered for services purchased directly from AIGHICS.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of AIGHICS services—including strategic advisory, assessments, governance consulting, research engagements, certifications, and customized intelligence frameworks—all payments made are generally non-refundable.

Each engagement involves expert time, intellectual capital, planning, and resource allocation. However, AIGHICS may consider refunds under limited and exceptional circumstances as described below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund request may be considered only if one or more of the following conditions apply:

The engagement has not commenced and no substantial work has been initiated
The service has not been delivered as per the mutually agreed scope and timeline
The refund request is submitted within 7 days of payment and no resources have been allocated

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

Where the engagement has started or deliverables are in progress
Where advisory insights, assessments, reports, or recommendations have been partially or fully delivered
Where delays or dissatisfaction arise due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client
Where the client fails to respond, provide approvals, or engage in the process
For customized, tailored, or knowledge-based services once initiated

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of a service by submitting a written request to official@aighics.com.

If a cancellation is deemed eligible, AIGHICS may process a partial or full refund after evaluating the engagement status, work completed, and resource allocation. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Dispute Resolution

AIGHICS is committed to fairness, transparency, and constructive resolution. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, we strongly encourage you to contact us first.

We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns, clarify expectations, and arrive at a mutually acceptable resolution before considering any refund.

6. Changes to This Policy

AIGHICS reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in services, regulatory requirements, or operational practices. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
